VIVAnews - Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono wanted the handling of the case involving two non-active Indonesian anti-graft commission heads Chandra M Hamzah and Bibit Samad Riyanto go smoothly.
In addition, Mr Yudhoyono also said that no parties could mar the processes on the run, on Thursday, Nov 5.
"This is a country based on justice. There's no place for those irresponsible parties," he said.
President Yudhoyono requested that whoever it is being on trial should be released if he/she is found not guilty, and vice versa. "That's justice," he said.
As reported earlier, recorded tapped phone conversations were played before the Constitutional Court in terms of a judicial review over Law on Corruption Eradication Commission on Tuesday, Nov 3.
The record revealed an alleged conspiracy to bring down the non-active anti-graft commission heads.
