VIVAnews - Public stock holders of beverage company in Indonesia PT Aqua Golden Mississipi Tbk (AQUA) is expecting that the tender offer is soon to be realized.
"They have a very good response. They want instant realization," Aqua Corporate Secretary Yanie Setionegoro told VIVAnews on Monday, Nov 9.
According to her, public stock holders are wishing for fast settlement of the tender offer.
In the mean time, the company is still awaiting the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK)'s approval to proceed with the plan to go private and delist from the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Earlier, Aqua set the tender offer price at Rp 450,000 per unit, higher than it is set by an independent appraisal at Rp 200,095 per unit.
If an approval has been granted, the tender offer would be carried out between November 11 and December 10, 2009.
