The a capella group Pentaboyz was found by Jaya Suprana when they performed at one lobby in one of the hotels in Jakarta in 2007. Jaya Suprana was mesmerized by the spectacle and later presented this group at the people’s music concert in the Jakarta Art Building, in front of the President and First Lady.
The group was then invited to perform at the Presidential palace before Jaya Suprana flied them to rock the Melbourne Recital Centre along with the Laskar Musik Indonesia Pusaka.
Their performance at Bentara Budaya Jakarta will be recorded by PT Virgo Ramayana as their first album under the title Pentaboys Live-Concert in Bentara Budaya (Source: bentarabudaya.com)
