VIVAnews - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) weigh over the idea of building special prison for corruptors. The antigraft commission wants separation between the inmates of corruption cases and other prisoners be implemented.
"The isolation of the inmates of corruption cases from other prisoners is still discussed," said KPK Deputy Head of Prevention Division, Haryono Umar, said today, Jan 12.
The proposal surfaced after the KPK found out that detainees Artalyta Suryani, Darmawati Dareho, Ines, and Ary signed in on upscale facilities in Pondok Bambu Detainment Center.
Artalyta gained private room equipped with television, refrigerator, air conditioner and working table.
At another jail block, the officials also spotted drug dealer Alin's room was fixed up with karaoke player and television set.
