VIVAnews - PT Tri Polyta Indonesia Tbk (TPIA) along 2009 booked IDR483 billion of net profit. The amount rose significantly by 3,413 percent because in the same period of the previous year, the company recorded net losses by IDR13.75 billion.
The company also booked an increase in the net profit by 15.83 percent to IDR4.98 trillion for the 2009 fiscal year compared to the previous IDR4.3 trillion in 2008.
Meanwhile, the sharp escalation of the net profit was propped up by the rise in business profit by 1,149 percent to IDR782.99 billion in the same period of 2008.
In addition, the company also suppressed losses over derivative financial instrument from IDR17.22 billion along 2008 to IDR5.63 billion in the 2009 fiscal year.
