Capital Inflow to Aim at Blue Chips

VIVAnews - The composite stock price index in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which is projected to hit a new level, will boost capital inflow to the blue chips.

According to PT Paramitra Alfa Sekuritas, Ukie Jaya Mahendra, the shares include PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO), PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS), and PT Astra International Tbk (ASII).

"It will be in line with the promising fundamentals and increasing commodities' prices," he told VIVAnews in Jakarta, on Wednesday, March 17.

Meanwhile, Gina Novrina Nasution, analyst of PT Reliance Securities Tbk said that investors will eye the shares of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) and banking stocks such as those of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk or PT Bank Negara Indonesia.

He claimed that the shares should be accumulated due to the positive sentiment over the fundamentals.
