VIVAnews - The Ministry of Public Works (PU) has offered 30 toll road projects with the total investment of Rp 142.8 trillion (US$15.7 billion). The offer was made during the Asia Pacific Conference and Infrastructure Exhibition.
“We’ve offered 30 projects to the investors,” Public Works Minister Djoko Kirmanto said at the Jakarta Fair Arena (PRJ) on Thursday, April 15.
He also said the projects consisted of fifteen projects that will be prioritized and another fifteen potential projects which could be developed through Public Private Partnership (PPP) mechanism. “They will be prioritized because there have been feasibility studies on those,” he said.
The said projects are Medan-Kuala Namu-Tebing Tinggi, Palembang-Indralaya, Cileunyi-Sumedang-Dawuan, Tegineneng-Babatan, Sukabumi-Ciranjang, Pasirkoja-Soreang, Pandaan-Malang, Medan-Binjai, Kemayoran-Kampung Melayu, Sunter-Rawa Buaya-Batu Ceper, Ulujami-Tanah Abang, Pasar Minggu-Casablanca, Sunter-Pulo Gebang-Tambelang, Duri Pulo-Kampung Melayu and Terusan Pasteur-Ujung Berung-Cileunyi-Gede Bage toll roads.
Meanwhile, the potential projects include Pekanbaru-Kandis-Dumai, Manado-Bitung, Kisaran-Tebing Tinggi, Bukit Tinggi-Padang Panjang-Lubuk Alung-Padang, Terbanggi Besar-Menggala-Pematang Panggang, Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar, Cilegon-Bojonegara, Kamal-Teluk Naga-Batu Ceper, Gede Bage-Majalaya, Semarang-Demak, Yogyakarta-Bawen, Yogyakarta-Solo, Bandara Juanda-Tanjung Perak, Probolinggo-Banyuwangi dan Batu Ampar-Muka Kuning- Hang Nadim Airport toll roads.
In addition toll roads, the ministry has also offered 10 drinking water projects and two waste management and sanitation projects.
