VIVAnews - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) allocates US$200 million of fund for five years to support the transformation of the company's business.
"In five years time, the US$200 million will be used to build the global capability in BNI," said BNI President Director Gatot M Suwondo on Thursday, April 22.
According to Gatot, the fund will later be utilized to remodel the company's business which has been applying the product-centric approach. It is planned that in the future BNI will put into use consumer-centric approach.
In addition, the investment fund, he said, is allocated to leverage BNI branches to foreign countries.
In the currenct business transition, BNI prepares six key-elements in which two out of those are concerned with focused and efficient businesses as well as improved sale effectiveness.
