"Microsoft Office 2010 will be available for consumers by June 15th either in retail stores or pre-installed in PCs," said Monika, Microsoft Indonesia Public Relations Manager, today, June 10.
Microsoft releases three versions of Microsoft Office 2010: Office Home and Student 2010, Office Home and Business 2010, Office Professional 2010.
Embedded in the Office Home and Student 2010 package are Microsoft Word 2010, Microsoft Excel 2010, Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, and Microsoft OneNote. Meanwhile, the Office Professional 2010 includes all programs available in the Office Home and Business plus Microsoft Access and Microsoft Publisher.
Microsoft will tag the Home and Student version at Rp 800 thousand; Office Home and Business at US$250; and Office Professional 2010 at US$400.
Up until now, the beta version of the Office 2010 has been downloaded 10 million times by which 500 thousand of the estimate were from Indonesia.
