Third Quarter, Economy Expected to Grow 6 Pct

VIVAnews - Minister for the Economy Hatta Rajasa is optimistic that the Indonesian economy in the third quarter of this year would improve to above six percent.
 
The growth is among others boosted by the government's expenditure and the better investment this year.
 
"We saw that the evaluation toward the state expenditure has been much better compared to the second quarter one," said Hatta in his office today, September 6.

In addition, Hatta went on to say, the value of investment that the private sector and the Capital Investment Coordinating Agency booked is on target.
 
On the other hand, Hatta said, the government is anticipating the increase in food prices worldwide.
