VIVAnews - Banking syndicate has disbursed Rp 44 billion (US$4.29 million) loan to PT Bakrieland Development Tbk.'s subsidiary, PT Bakrie Toll Road. The total loan reaching Rp 1.5 trillion is allocated to Kanci-Pejagan toll road project.
According to Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) President Director Gatot M Soewondo the bank, along with other guarantors, will disburse the loan in phases.
"Total loan from BNI reaches Rp 800 billion," he said in Jakarta on Tuesday, May 19.
BNI is one of the creditors for the Kanci-Pejagan project. Other banks also involving in the loan disbursement include PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk and Bank Pembangunan Daerah of West Java, Central Java, and East Java.
Soewondo acknowledged that total funding that BNI has disbursed for infrastructure projects this year worth Rp 27.3 trillion.
