VIVAnews - PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) will not pay dividend of the 2008 fiscal year to the shareholders.
According to Energi Mega Persada Investor Relations Herwin Hidayat, the action is taken because the 2008 equity is allocated for business expansion.
Earlier, Energi Mega did not intend to settle early payment of its long-term debt worth US$450 million, which will due in 2013.
