VIVAnews - PT Semen Gresik Tbk (SMGR) and its subsidiary PT Semen Tonasa sealed an underwriting deal with PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) worth Rp 3.55 trillion.
The loans will be used for financing the development of cement factory having the capacity of 2.5 million tons in Pangkep, Tonasa, South Sulawesi as well as 2x35 megawatt power plant.
Semen Gresik and its subsidiary allocates capital expenditure to US$1.3 billion between 2008 and 2014.
