Tonasa Granted Rp 3.55 Tln Loans from 4 Banks

Bank Mandiri acted as the lead arranger while BRI was the co-arranger.

VIVAnews - PT Semen Tonasa received loans from a group of four banks such as PT Bank Mandiri Tbk., BRI, Bank Jatim, and Bank Sulsel valuing Rp 3.55 trillion (US$341.74 million) .

Bank Mandiri acted as the lead arranger while BRI was the co-arranger.

PT Semen Tonasa is PT Semen Gresik's subsidiary.

"The syndicated loan worth Rp 3.55 trillion will be used for financing cement factory construction project," Semen Gresik Managing Director Dwi Sutjipto told VIVAnews in Jakarta on Monday, June 22.

He said that the loan is allocated to financing a factory project having 2.5 million tons per year in capacity as well as 70 Mega Watt power plant.

The syndicated loan agreement was signed today.
