VIVAnews - Pharmaceutical company PT Kalbe Farma expects the tender offer over shares of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk can be initiated by July until mid August.
The action is concerned with the acquisition of 31.81 percent of Enseval shares by Kalbe. Prior to the acquisition, Kalbe had owned more than 51 percent shares of Enseval.
The increase in share ownership, according to Kalbe Farma Corporate Secretary Vidjongtius, is a way of giving chance to the holders of public shares who are willing to release Enseval shares.
PT Kresna Securities will be the underwriter of the tender offer.
