VIVAnews - PT Kokoh Inti Arebama Tbk. acquired PT Bangun Adi Perkasa shares belonging to PT Tradeco Mulia as many as 9,990 units worth Rp 9.99 billion (US$981.29 million), equal to 99.9 percent share in Bangun Adi Perkasa.
Kokoh Inti Arebama Manager said in a written statement publicized in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday, July 1, that the acquisition had been approved by the general meeting of shareholders on June 29.
Therefore, the acquisition values not more than 10 percent of the company's income as well as 20 percent of equity.
In the closing of the first session trade today, Kokoh Inti Arebama shares gained Rp 2 (3.33 percent) to Rp 62 per unit.
