VIVAnews - British American Tobaco (2009 PCA) Limited rescheduled the tender offer date to July 21 2009 for the rest of PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk (RMBA) public shares. BAT had previously planned the tender offer on July 14 - August 12 2009.
According to the BAT management's announcement publicized by the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Jakarta on July 14, the tender offer will be started at 9 a.m. on July 21 2009 and closed at 3 p.m. on August 19.
The tender offer price is above the highest price in the daily trade on Rp 543 for 90-day period before June 17 as the shares acquisition date.
The tender offer price will be paid at the latest 12 days after the tender offer ends. Offered shares transaction will be done through a trade mechanism at the IDX's negotiation market.
