Australian in Yogyakarta Swine Flu Positive

VIVAnews - An Australian initialed ED, 23, who has been admitted to the hospital by virtue of swine flu suspect in Yogyakarta was announced swine flu positive only recently.

The conclusion was based on a result of a laboratory test issued a week ago by Jakarta health agency's official. The patient is now permitted to leave the hospital due to his better condition.

Sardjito Hospital Public Relations officer Trisno Heru Nugroho said another patient of swine flu suspect at the hospital turned out swine flu positive.

"Earlier, a man initialed AR, 18, who participated in a student exchange program to California, the United States, was also announced swine flu positive," he said.

"AR and ED must be isolated for at least a week," he said.
