VIVAnews - PT LG Electronics Indonesia (LGEIN) was presented three awards of Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) this year. ICSA was an award whose evaluation is based on consumer satisfaction rate over LG products. The awards include LCD TV, AC and washing machine.
LGEIN was granted the awards after it acquired high points in the research on the Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Index (ICSI). The survey measured up four variables of customer satisfaction like quality, value, confidence and expectation.
"Our success in achieving the 2009 ICSA is a solid fact of consumer satisfaction over LG products," said LGEIN Director of Sales Budi Setiawan.
Compared to the previous year, the total satisfaction score for three LG products has significantly improved.
"It is not easy to be presented the awards. We have applied integrated strategies such as routine programs of consumer research and consumer insights. Both programs helped us manufacture top products such as New Scarlet LCD TV, Terminator AC and washing machine which affect our customer satisfaction," he said.
"Everything is related to the support from 21 branch offices and 174 service centers across Indonesia," said Budi.
