VIVAnews - Wijaya Karya (WIKA)'s subsidiary, WIKA Gedung, managed to attain a non-cash loan facility from Bank Mandiri.

Wijaya Karya's corporate secretary Natal Argawan said that the non-cash loan facility from Bank Mandiri will be fully used by WIKA Gedung.

"The non-cash loan facility is used for Ratu Hotel, Rusunami Surabaya and LO PTPN III projects, valuing Rp 3.09 billion," Argawan said through an information disclosure in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in Jakarta on Wednesday, Sept. 30.

He explained that the total cost and liabilities from Bank Mandiri from the non-cash loan facility will be managed by WIKA Gedung. "Meanwhile, the company [WIKA] will receive a 25 percent commission of the provision cost from the non-cash loan facility issuance," he added.
