VIVAnews – The state oil and gas company has included a bond issuance plan in the corporate working and funding plan (RKAP) for 2010. The funding is needed to pay the company’s investment plan.
“We are composing the 2010 RKAP,” said Pertamina’s director of finance Frederick Siahaan in Jakarta on Thursday, Oct. 15.
Siahaan said that the bond issuance plan must be approved by the shareholders. “Therefore, the company must include the plan to the 2010 RKAP,” he added.
