VIVAnews - State oil and gas Pertamina and PT Medco E&P are ready to cut down gas selling price of Senoro field, from the wellhead which will be acquired by domestic buyers.
However, Oil and Gas Director General Evita Herawati Legowo said the Senoro consortium proposed several conditions.
"Among the conditions are to re-guarantee the invested fund and to have commitment from the buyers-to-be to absorb the gas," Legowo said on Thursday, Oct 15.
Although the consortium is prepared to reduce prices, Legowo said the future domestic buyers like state electricity company PLN should be readying the gas receiver facilities. "For example, PLN should prepare the power plant needed," she said.
