Police Search Anti-Graft Commission Building

VIVAnews – The investigating officers from the police searched Bibit Samad Riyantro and Chandra M. Hamzah offices in the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) building. The officers were looking for additional evidences on the case that involves both inactive KPK leaders on Friday, Oct. 16.

Bibit Samad Riyanto and Chandra M. Hamzah were placed as suspects in an alleged case of authority violation concerning the issuance of travel ban aboard toward Djoko Tjandra and Anggoro Widjojo on Tuesday, September 15.

They were also suspected for receiving bribes from Anggoro Widjojo.

Widjojo has been named as suspect in a procurement case of an integrated radio communication system in the Forestry Department. Widjojo also still remains uncaptured.
